Lana Del Rey greeted her fans outside of Hollywood's Chateau Marmont.  The 'Video Games' chica signed autographs and smiled for cameras before hopping into her car.  Her usual fresh fashion ensemble was skinny jeans and white blouse, with boat shoes.
