Amy belts out that question, in a way that makes my heart flutter, and I answer "Yes, Yes, Yes!"
The release of Lioness slightly helps the sting in my heart of losing Amy to the 'beast'. However, it just hurts so damn bad to know we don't have her any longer. Her fans, old and new(some are just finding her after her death but that's okay, Amy wouldn't mind) made Lioness: Hidden Treasures number one on the UK charts.
The Misconception of Amy Winehouse
There is a big misconception of Amy's death. Amy did NOT die from a drug overdose. Her little body could not handle the amount of alcohol intake. According the official autopsy results stemming from toxicology report, she died from accidental alcohol poisoning. Three bottles of Vodka was found next to her; two large bottles and a small. If anyone remembers Nicholas Cage in 'Leaving LasVegas',which he committed suicide by alcohol poisoning, it can really happen from drinking too much.

Little Girl Lost and Lonely
My addiction to anything AW on Youtube, the Dubai and Belgrade concerts were hard to watch because of me feeling helpless to watching a seemingly lost soul. The nervious laughter she has while her band keeps up the facade, shows this was possibly the lonliest girl in Camden. I think of Diana Ross' role as Billie Holiday in 'Lady Sings the Blues', when watching Amy rub and scratch her arms and holding back the tears from the painful memories flashing through her mind, which could only be the curcumstances that brought forth the the 'lost my lover' lyrics.
Amy's Legacy
Her music. There is something about turning on one of her songs, it just grabs at the pit of my stomach and I feel the emotion. Her flaws is what made her real, but the music was flawless and still so real. Amy has left us a hint of a the supernova, Dionne Bromfield. Her goddaughter was on stage in Wales two hours after hearing of Amy's death. This young lady played her set with no mention of the tragedy that occurred, but kept to her set, satisfying the fans. Hmmm, that sounds like Amy taught her protege that thing the true AW fan loved, she made sure the show went on no matter what was going on with her personally that day.

Amy with glass of wine...to keep away the 'shakes' maybe?
